David Rubin, MD

Dr. David Rubin is the Division Head of Cardiology at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air. He attended University of Maryland School of Medicine where he received his medical degree. He also served his internship and residency in internal medicine while there. Dr. Rubin completed a cardiology fellowship with special training in Nuclear Cardiology at the University of Maryland Medical System in Baltimore.
