John P. Foley, M.D., (COL, U.S. Army, Ret'd) served as chief of Endourology, director of Urodynamics and assistant chief of the Urology Service at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 1980 on an ROTC scholarship, he attended the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences Medical School at the National Naval Medical Center campus from 1980 to 1984, finishing as an AOA scholar.
