William H. Devlin, M.D., F.A.C.C. is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and its subspecialty board of Cardiovascular Disease. A graduate of Memorial University of Newfoundland in Canada, Dr. Devlin obtained his undergraduate degree as a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University in Oxford, England.
