Dr. Altman joined Eye Consultants of Pennsylvania (then West Reading Ophthalmic Associates) in September 1995. Dr. Altman received his undergraduate degree with Honors in Economics at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Magna cum Laude, in 1980.
