Ajaz Khan, M.D.

Ajaz M. Khan, M.D., M.B.A., C.P.E., joined City of Hope® Cancer Center Chicago, located in Lake County, Illinois, in March 2022. In his leadership role as Chief of Medical Oncology, Dr. Khan is responsible for guiding protocols, ensuring standard-of-care guidelines are consistently met and exceeded, and helping recruit high-quality physicians. In 2025, he was elected as the President of the Chicago Medical Staff. As a medical oncologist, Dr. Khan primarily focuses on evaluating and treating pati
