Dr. Swofford grew up in the Yakima Valley and attended Washington State University (Go Cougs!), graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology degree. He went on to attend medical school at A.T. Still University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri.
