Brian M. Chang was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Columbia University in New York City, and then received his Medical Degree from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta. After he completed his internship at Georgia Baptist Medical Center, Dr. Chang attended the Ophthalmology Residency Program at Eye and Ear Institute in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, receiving the Jay Linn Award for Outstanding Resident in his senior year.
