Daniel Cucco, M.D.
Clinical Assistant Professor, Department of Psychiatry at NYU Grossman Long Island School of Medicine
New York, NY
About Me I studied psychology and biology in college, and an interest in practical application led me to medicine. This dual interest continued in medical school, and I gravitated towards complex cases in which patients have both medical and psychiatric illness. When I found out there were combined training programs that would allow me to practice internal medicine and psychiatry, I knew I had found the right specialty. I generally work with patients who have both medical and psychiatric illness
