Dr. Appert joined Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in August 2006. Prior to his affiliation with the Clinic, he was Instructor of Dermatology at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Senior Associate Consultant in the Department of Dermatology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. A native of Mandan, Dr. Appert graduated summa cum laude with a Doctor of Medicine from the University of North Dakota.
