Dr. Harker is a graduate of Brigham Young University, completing his studies in Genetics and Biotechnology as a Heritage Scholar with a full-tuition scholarship and graduating magna cum laude. He earned his Doctor of Medicine Degree at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School.
