Diane E.S. Payne MD, MPT is an experienced BC Orthopedic Surgeon whose specialties include trauma and musculoskeletal disorders of the upper extremity. She is fellowship trained in Hand, Upper Extremity and Microvascular surgery and has over 20 years of experience providing orthopedic patient care.
