About Me From a very young age, I knew I wanted to be a doctor. My own health issues as a child meant that doctor visits were a significant part of my childhood. I remember loving the doctors who cared for me and wanting to be just like them. As I grew older, my passion for the sciences naturally aligned with my aspiration to pursue a career in medicine. During medical school, I discovered a particular interest in infectious diseases. My fascination with microbiology and the infectious disease c
