Frank Ruda, M.D.

Born and raised in Midland, Texas, Frank J. Ruda, M.D. endeavored to follow in his fathers footsteps and pursue a career in ophthalmology from a young age. He received his bachelors degree in biochemistry and genetics from Texas A&M University in College Station and went on to graduate from Texas Tech University School of Medicine. Dr. Ruda then served as a Herbert E. Kaufman Research Fellow at Louisiana State University before completing his internship and ophthalmology residency at the LSU-Osc
