Dr. Gomes earned his medical degree from LSU in New Orleans and completed his internship and residency at Earl K. Long Memorial Hospital followed by a fellowship in pulmonary & critical care medicine at Ochsner. Dr. Gomes is board certified in Internal and Pulmonary Medicine and has been on staff at Ochsner since 1993.
