Dr. Guillermo Pechero is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon in McAllen, Texas. Since 1998, Dr. Guillermo Pechero has been serving the Rio Grande Valley with the most advanced and comprehensive orthopedic care at Rio Grande Valley Orthopedic Center. A proud valley native, Dr. Pechero received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry degree from the University of Texas Pan-American before completing medical school at Albany College in New York in 1992.
