Harley Ginsberg, MD

A Manhattan, New York native, Dr. Ginsberg graduated cum laude in biology from Tulane where he also earned his medical degree and completed his internship, residency and fellowship. Dr. Ginsberg is board certified in pediatrics and neonatal/perinatal medicine and has been on staff at Ochsner since 1987.
