Dr. Hugo Lijtmaer joined Dr. Perron and they founded Neurology Group of Bergen County in 1975. He received his medical degree from the University of Buenos Aires in 1968. He completed his neurology residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York City, in 1974.
