Following my graduation from Gulf Medical University in Ajman, United Arab Emirates where I earned both my undergraduate and medical degrees, I completed my Internal Medicine residency training at University Hospital Cleveland Medical Center in Ohio. I followed that training with focused additional training in Rheumatology as a Fellow at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. I chose to specialize in Rheumatology because I believe it is one of the most complex subspecialties of medicine.
