Jeffrey Collins, D.O.

Dr. Jeffrey Collins was born and raised in La Canada, CA outside of Los Angeles. He graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science and a minor in Chemistry from Brigham Young University. Dr. Collins completed his 4 year medical school degree at Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine (AZCOM) at Midwestern University where he graduated at the top of his class with a 3.95 GPA with Honors.
