Dr. Sullivan is the James B. Wyngaarden Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Medicine at Duke University School of Medicine. He is internationally recognized for developing a systematic investigative approach for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic graft-versus-host disease at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. His multidisciplinary program significantly improved patient outcomes following stem cell transplantation.
