For best possible maintenance and continuity of care, our practice requires each patient to have a Primary Care (usually Referring) Physician, as we are exclusively handling Adult Rheumatology. We respect individual choice, but like any Provider, compliance with agreed upon treatment is expected and necessary for good outcomes.
