About Me I treat women who have benign gynecologic conditions, such as fibroids and endometriosis. In more than 15 years of practice with NYU Langone, I have personally performed more than 500 robot-assisted laparoscopic surgeries, as well as countless conventional laparoscopic, hysteroscopic, and other minimally invasive gynecologic procedures. Minimally invasive techniques are so valuable because they allow people to recover from surgery without the disruptions to life caused by open surgery.
