Dr. Maxwell Levy first came to New Orleans from New York to complete his undergraduate studies in mathematical economics at Tulane University, and he then went onto obtain his medical degree from the Tulane University School of Medicine, as well. He completed an internship in internal medicine and a residency in neurology at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
