Dr. Cho is a native of San Antonio. He graduated from Judson High School, Converse, TX in 1991, and completed his undergraduate education at the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY. Upon graduating with honors from West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 1995, Dr. Cho attended medical school at the F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine in Bethesda, MD.
