Mircea Coca, MD

Dr. Coca is a medical and surgical retina specialist. He completed his subspecialty training at the Chicagoland Retinal Consultants and Hauser Ross Eye Institute in Chicago, Illinois. His residency in Ophthalmology was at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston where he served as chief resident. Prior to his career in medicine, Dr. Coca pursued his research interest in physics and immunology and earned a Ph.D. in Experimental Particle Physics from the University of Rochester and Post
