I have been involved in a number of clinical trials that have examined the role of hormone therapy and alternative treatments in menopausal women's health. I have also been involved in epidemiologic research for over 25 years in the Study of Women's Health Across the Nation, which has followed 3,000 women of 5 different ethnicities who have traversed the menopause.
