BLACHARSKI, M.D. Born and raised in San Bernardino, he attended Syracuse University where he earned a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering / Biosystems and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. He received his M.D. degree at Loma Linda University. His internship was served at the Naval Hospital in San Diego where he also completed a residency in ophthalmology.
