Dr. Afra is an Interim Assistant Professor of Neurology in Weill Cornell Medical College, an Attending Physician in Neurology in New York Presbyterian Hospital. She received her medical degree (Summa Cum Laude) from Albert Szent Gyorgyi Medical University (University of Szeged) in Hungary. She then completed one year of internship in internal medicine in Southern Illinois University, three years of neurology residency in University of Wisconsin, and two years of fellowship in epilepsy and clinic
