After completing his training in internal medicine and rheumatology at SUNY-Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn NY in 1986, Dr. Rumore served as Instructor of Medicine at SUNY-Downstate. He participated in NIH- and Arthritis Foundation– funded research projects focused on the etiology and pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus.
