Richard Culbert, MD

Dr. Culbert graduated Phi Beta Kappa in 1989 from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. He then graduated from the OU College of Medicine in 1993 and was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. During those years he won numerous awards as part of the OU Fencing Team. His residency in Ophthalmology was at the University of Alabama, Birmingham and then he went to the University of Toronto for his Fellowship in Vitreoretinal Surgery. Dr. Culbert is
