I myself had several sports related injuries in my life before I started in medical school. I share my personal experiences with my patients and explain the expectations for shoulder, knee and elbow injuries. I encourage my patients to be involved in their orthopedic treatment plans. I have been a team physician for over 23 years and I treat athletes at the high school, collegiate and professional levels. I want to return the athlete to their pre-injury quality of play.
