From a young age, I've always been interested in science, particularly biology and anatomy. Through volunteering at homeless shelters, schools, and hospitals I became inspired to help others. I decided to pursue a career in medicine to combine my passion for science and service to the community. I chose to specialize in family medicine and subspecialize in nonoperative sports medicine because I have the opportunity to treat the family as a whole along the continuity of care.
