Dr. Mehta is an honors graduate of the University of Florida in Gainesville where he received a bachelor's degree in neuroscience. He then received his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa. After completing his pediatric residency at the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Dr. Mehta continued at Emory to complete a fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition.
