Dr. Barbour is an elbow, hand and wrist specialist who graduated from Spring Hill College with a bachelor's degree in biology and received his medical degree from The University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine. Dr. Barbour completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at The University of Tennessee College of Medicine Chattanooga and Erlanger.
