Thomas M. Wiley, MD, received his medical degree from the University of Kansas and completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Chicago in 1990. He is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology in Topeka for over 20 years and joined the Women's Center at The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus in 2003.
