A qualified orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Victor Ortiz attended the Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine, where he earned his medical degree. Post this, he completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Puerto Rico, Medical Sciences Campus.
