William Nibley, M.D. William Nibley earned his doctorate in medicine from George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, DC. He completed an internship and residency in internal medicine, followed by a fellowship in hematology and oncology at the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, UT.
