About Convene Health
What is concierge specialty care?
We identify the right top-tier specialist for your specific condition, secure a priority appointment in days rather than months, and coordinate the logistics — records, scheduling, and travel if needed — so you can focus on getting better.
How is Convene different from other directories?
Most directories list anyone with a license. We evaluate every specialist against clinical credentials, peer recognition, research output, institutional affiliations, and outcomes data, so you only see leaders in their field.
Who should use Convene?
Patients facing a complex or serious diagnosis, anyone seeking a second opinion, and families coordinating care for a loved one who want a vetted specialist quickly instead of months on a waitlist.
Matching & Booking
How does specialist matching work?
You complete a short AI-guided intake about your condition and preferences, and our team reviews it against our national network to match you with the specialist best suited to your clinical needs.
How long until I get matched with a specialist?
Most members hear back with a recommended match within a day or two of completing intake, and we typically secure the first appointment within days — not months.
Can I choose my own specialist?
Yes. We walk you through the recommended match and the reasoning behind it, and you can request alternatives or a different specialist at any time.
What happens if I'm not happy with my match?
Membership includes a satisfaction guarantee: if a match isn't right, we'll re-match you at no extra cost until you're seen by a specialist you're confident in.
Pricing & Insurance
How much does Convene cost?
Founding membership is $1,000/year (or $100/month with an annual commitment) and includes unlimited specialist matching, two priority appointments per year, and full concierge coordination for you and your loved ones.
Do you accept insurance?
The specialists in our network bill your insurance directly for medical care. The Convene membership fee is separate and covers our matching, coordination, and concierge services.
Privacy & Your Data
Is my health information kept private?
Yes. Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest, restricted to the team coordinating your care, and shared with a specialist only when you're being matched. See our privacy policy for full details.
Do you share my information with third parties?
We share information only with the specialist or office we're matching you with (with your consent) and with the operational vendors required to run the service. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
How do I delete my data?
Email us or contact our team to request deletion, and we'll permanently remove your personal data, except where we're required by law to retain specific records.
