Dr. Buckholz recently joined the Gastroenterology and Hepatology faculty at Weill Cornell Medicine as Assistant Professor of Medicine. He graduated with Highest Honors, Highest Distinction, and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill before attending medical school at the University of Virginia. He obtained an additional Master's Degree from Weill Cornell Medical College, where he also completed residency and fellowship in Internal Medicine with subspecialty training
