I provide patients with a diagnosis based on objective review of verbal, physical, laboratory, and imaging data. If a diagnosis is not obvious, I try to map a path forward to make sense of available information. Based on that construct, I provide advice that you, as the patient, can accept or dismiss. I never reject questions, although usually ask that questions are saved until I have presented my findings. Visits are scheduled in 30 - 90 minutes blocks, with plenty time for discussion.
