He began his medical career as an RN and worked his way up to becoming a prominent Board Certified Dermatologist. He completed his M.D. at the University of Miami School of Medicine and obtained his residency in the University of Miami Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery and graduated as Chief Resident.
