About Me I was born in South Korea and raised in Morgantown, West Virginia and Boxborough, Massachusetts. While in medical school, I was drawn to the specialty of dermatology. I developed a particular interest in skin cancer after participating in basic science research on Merkel cell carcinoma and melanoma. During my dermatology residency, I had the privilege of caring for people who had skin cancer, many with aggressive and advanced lesions. This experience led me to pursue a fellowship in Moh
